Seats to Avoid

There are numerous seats to avoid when it comes to sitting in the upper level of Champion Stadium. In section 208, rows S and up have obstructed views due to a camera platform. This is the same for seats 14-18 in rows T, U, and V in section 220. A support beam obstructs rows S and above in section 207, and the closer you are to seat 22 the more limited the view. In rows T, U, and V of section 220, seats 1-3 have obstructed views from a beam as well.

Dugouts

The Braves dugout sits on the first base side in front of sections 107-110. The visitors dugout can be found on the third base side in front of sections 115-117.

Seats in the Shade

Rows R and up in sections 107-117 are covered in shade thanks to the upper level overhang. Shade can be found in sections 207-209 from row J and up, however, try to stay in rows J-P as your view becomes limited the higher you go up due to support beams. As the afternoon progresses, shade can be found in most seats in sections 207-211 and 108-110 behind the Braves dugout.

Parking

Behind left field there is a small paved lot for the handicapped and early arrivals. Beyond the paved lot is a large grass field for all other cars. This general parking lot is the only free parking in the Grapefruit League.

Overview

Located at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in the Walt Disney World Resort, Champion Stadium was built in 1997 and has been the spring training home to the Atlanta Braves since. Based in Kissimmee, Florida, Champion Stadium has a capacity of 9,500 people which makes it one of the largest ballparks in the Grapefruit League. The only double-decked spring training venue in Florida, Champion Stadium, has some of the best customer service in the league thanks to the ballpark being located on Disney's campus. Going along with the Disney theme, a fireworks display takes place at the end of each game regardless if the Braves win or lose.

Best Seats

Champion Stadium has four luxury boxes and two open-air suites that sit behind the upper level seats. There is also a private party tent located on the patio behind the lower level bleachers on the first base side. Sections 111-114 located in between each dugout behind home plate provide great views and where scouts can be found checking out future MLB talent.
