Bryant-Denny Field is the home to the 17-time national champion University of Alabama Crimson Tide football team. It opened on September 28th, 1929 and was originally named after the school's then-president George H. Denny, and later updated its name to Bryant-Denny Field to share the name of the team's longtime football coach Paul "Bear" Bryant in 1975. The stadium has a seating capacity of 101,821, making it the tenth largest stadium in the world, and all of those Crimson Tide faithful make it a very difficult place for opponents to play. Alabama finished the 2017 season with a perfect 7-0 record at home.
